SPA ETIQUETTE

In order to provide an environment conducive to a complete and holistic SPA experience, we kindly ask our guests to adhere to the following SPA etiquette.

TERMS OF USE
In order to maintain an atmosphere of tranquillity in the relaxation areas as well as in the Medical Centre, we kindly ask you to refrain from talking loudly, to switch your mobile phones to silent mode and to respect the private space of others.

  • It is compulsory to take a shower before using the pool and other thermal areas.
  • When visiting the saunas, always place a towel on the bench you are sitting on and enter barefoot.
  • It is advisable to drink plenty of fluids after thermal treatments.
  • It is not recommended to use a sauna or steam room if you are pregnant or if you suffer from high or very low blood pressure, asthma or other respiratory problems.
  • It is advisable to avoid heavy meals, alcohol and caffeine before or immediately after visiting the SPA centre.
  • Individuals who have consumed alcohol or intoxicating substances, as well as those with illnesses that pose a risk of infection to others, are not permitted.
  • It is prohibited to bring food and drinks in breakable containers; drinks may be consumed in unbreakable cups.

Arrival for procedure
We recommend that you arrive at the spa reception 5 minutes before your treatment in order to start on time. If you are late, we will do our best to reschedule your treatment, but only if it does not cause inconvenience to the next guest. If this is the case, your time will be reduced.
