In 2020, all hotel rooms and apartments were renovated, as well as the Aqua hall in the restaurant “Trakite”, with the main goal of creating a healthier environment. The new interior was designed by the leading architectural studio from the United Kingdom, Stephen George International.
We have introduced the latest trend in interior design - biophilic design. Biophilic design creates strong connections between nature and the human environment, which benefits health and well-being. The incorporation of biophilia into the construction and design of the building has a beneficial effect on productivity, enhancing creativity, improving well-being and reducing stress. We focused on 10 elements that affect the health, comfort, and consciousness of our guests - air, water, food, light, movement, comfort, materials, consciousness, community and sound. The renovated spaces are much brighter, cozier, and promote health and well-being. During the renovation, we selected the highest quality materials to provide an even safer and more comfortable environment for relaxation and recovery. The new interiors are tailored for longer stays of our guests - there is now more space to store their personal belongings, the elegant furnishings are made with the latest fashion technologies; the flooring in the rooms is antibacterial, made of the highest quality materials, which prevents the accumulation of bacteria, it is easy to disinfect, and at the same time it provides sound insulation.
In 2023, the wellness area at Sevtopolis Medical & SPA Hotel was renovated with a new steam bath and a renovated Kneipp path. In the Medical Center, two new devices of the latest generation have been introduced - the first Robotic Intelligent Scanning System BTL-6000 High Intensity Laser and BTL Shockwave.
